At From Incarceration to Liberation, we believe no one's whole life should be defined by a moment in time or a season of bad decisions.

Our mission is to help people discover that change is possible.

Through honest storytelling, mentorship, faith, recovery, and personal accountability, we encourage individuals to move beyond incarceration, addiction, failure, and hopelessness toward lives filled with purpose, dignity, and hope.

Like the phoenix rising from the ashes, we believe people can rise above their past and build a future they never thought possible.

Who We Serve

We share this message in correctional facilities, halfway houses, recovery programs, churches, community organizations, and anywhere people need to be reminded that their story isn't over.

Jim Dover speaks from lived experience—not theory. He speaks honestly about poor choices, consequences, recovery, faith, and the work required to build a different life.

Our goal is simple:

To reach the person who believes it's too late... and remind them it isn't.
